CHRISTMAS LUNCH MENU 
25th & 26th Dec. 18' 
5-Course Dinner

SOUP

Chilled Red Pepper and Coconut soup

STARTER
* Vitello tonnato *
* Spinach and Salmon Roulade *
* Mushroom and Pecan nut Strudel *

INTERMEDIATE COURSE
Strawberry Sorbet

MAIN COURSE
* Filet steak with wild Boletus mushroom sauce *
* Aubergine patty in tomato sauce and baked with Mozzarella *
* Sicilian Italian baked fish: Hake filet baked in tomato, capers and olives *
Main dishes are served with Potato Dauphinoise and a medley of vegetables.

DESSERT
* Chocolate Orange mousse cake *
* Lemon Posset served with Almond tuiles *
* Basil and white chocolate cream with sticky balsamic strawberries *

The price will be 300.- per person and includes a 5 course Menu
